Almond roll

Almond roll



500 g sugar
2 eggs
20 g flour
150 g peeled almonds

Grind the eggs with sugar, fry the almonds and grind, mix all this with flour. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at medium temperature. When the dough is browned, put it on a towel sprinkled with sugar and roll it into a roll. Cool and cut into pieces.
