Beer soup



3/4 liter light beer
3 raw yolks
1/4 L thick sour cream
80 - 100 g sugar

Boil beer in an enameled pan, add sour cream. Hot soup immediately season with yolks, mashed to puff with sugar. In each plate put a little crumbled or diced cottage cheese and pour hot soup. Separately serve bread croutons topped with butter.
