Brazilian salad



2-3 celery roots
2 apples
2 bananas
3 tangerines
1 bunch of grapes
1 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise

Peel the celery roots and apples and cut into strips. Peel and cut the bananas in circles. Peel tangerines, divide into slices. Combine the prepared products (leave part for decoration), add raisins and season with mayonnaise.
Garnish with mandarin slices, grapes and banana slices.
