Chicken salad



Easy to prepare but delicious salad.

40g celery (root),

100g chicken fillet,

1 red bell pepper

1 egg, ½ onion,

1 bunch of green lettuce,

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp olive oil

salt

Cook the chicken, cool and cut into noodles, then mix with grated celery, thin rings of red sweet pepper and onion, chopped steep eggs and chopped salad. Mix everything, salt and pour salad dressing from vinegar and olive oil.
