Earth Cookies
500 g flour
250 g butter
250 g sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l milk
vanillin optional
10 g of cinnamon
Knead the dough, starting with a thorough grinding of butter with eggs, then add sugar and everything else, gradually adding flour. Roll out the dough in a layer, the thickness of which is determined at will, cut out cookies with cookie cutters or cut in diamonds, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon and bake.
