Greek salad


In Greece, this salad is called simply rustic.

200 g of tomatoes
200 g of cucumbers,
100 g feta cheese,
2 red onions,
30 g capers
parsley, dill, basil, cilantro,
4 tbsp. l olive oil,
a quarter of a lemon

Cut vegetables into large pieces, cut feta into cubes. Grind greens. Pour everything with olive oil, salt to taste, squeeze the juice of a quarter of lemon, mix.
