Ham eggs



400 g ham
4 eggs,
1 tsp flour
65 g breadcrumbs,
fat.

Finely chop the ham, beat the eggs, mix with flour and breadcrumbs. From this mass, prepare dumplings the size of a pigeon egg and fry in a large amount of fat (deep-fried) for 4-5 minutes. Separately serve rice and green salad.
