Herring in sour cream

Herring in sour cream




500 g herring
30 g onions
80 g apples
125 g sour cream
Lemon juice or vinegar
salt
sugar
parsley

Soak herring, cut into fillets and peel off the bones. Cut the fillet into pieces and put in a salad bowl.

Mix chopped onion and grated apple with sour cream, add sugar, salt, lemon juice or vinegar to taste. Pour the herring with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
