Hockey Temaki



½ sheet nori (18x10 cm)
4 tbsp. tablespoons sushi rice
Salmon Fillet (12.5x1 cm)
Slice avocado (12.5x1 cm)
Cucumber slice (12.5x1 cm)

Moisten your hands with a mixture of water and vinegar. Take sushi rice in your right hand. Put the nori leaf on your left palm and spread the rice on half of the leaf. Put all remaining foods diagonally. With the fingers of your right hand, bend the lower right corner of the nori and wrap the filling in a bag.

Insert temaki into the stand and garnish with wasabi and ginger.
