Salad with Toasted Fattush Bread


1/2 pcs. pita bread
3 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
3 radishes,
4 feathers of green onions,
1 onion,
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic,
1/2 tsp dry peppermint
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil,
1 cup fresh mint
1 cup parsley
1 cup of purslane leaves,
1/2 tsp sumah
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 tsp salt
8 lettuce leaves.

Cut the fried pita bread into small pieces. Rinse, dry and chop herbs, vegetables and purslane. Mix finely chopped garlic with salt, oil and vinegar, lemon juice and grated sumac. Add this mixture and herbs to the crushed bread.
