Scottish Oatmeal Pancakes



100 g flour
180 g oatmeal
60 g of cheese
75 g of milk
50 g of walnuts,
100 g butter,
3 g soda
2 egg yolks
Salt.

Add flour, grated cheese, salt, soda, butter, chopped nuts, yolks to the oatmeal and grind thoroughly. Pour milk in several doses and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut circles out of it, divide into 4 parts each and bake in the oven. Serve with butter.
