Lecho

1/2 kg sweet pepper
1/2 kg of tomatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
3 - 5 peas of black pepper
1 - 2 bay leaves
3-4 st. tablespoons of vegetable oil
sugar, salt to taste

Peel raw carrots, rinse, cut into strips. Cut the onion into rings. Spasserovat in a deep frying pan with oil. Add finely chopped peppers and tomatoes. Put bay leaf, pepper and simmer until cooked. Sterilize and roll up.
