1.5 kg of cottage cheese,
300 g butter,
750 g sugar
5 yolks
300 g sour cream
1 cup raisins
vanillin.

Grate butter, yolks and sugar until smooth, add sour cream, cottage cheese and vanilla. Knock down with a mixer, add washed and dried raisins. Fold in forms, put oppression on top.
