Multicolored vegetable salad



1 kohlrabi
½ cucumber
1 head of salad
1 onion
150 g canned corn
10 pieces. radish
Monosodium glutamate
3 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tbsp. tablespoons of wine vinegar
5 drops of sesame oil
Sugar, salt

Cut the kohlrabi into cubes about 1x1 cm in size. Cut the cucumber and onion into thin rings, take the lettuce into leaves, wash and chop finely. Cut the radish into thick plates. Put vegetables in a glass, porcelain or wooden bowl and add canned corn. Prepare gravy in a saucepan: to do this, mix soy sauce with sodium glutamate, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil. Beat well with a fork and pour salad over it just before serving.
