Beef in spicy tomato sauce



Strips of beef with sweet pepper, onions and carrots in tomato sauce with chili. Everything is cooked quickly in the microwave.

225 g of brown rice

700 ml of hot water

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil,

1 onion, cut into rings,

1 carrot, cut into thin slices,

1/2 red, green and yellow pepper,

1/2 - 1 fresh green chili pepper, peeled and finely chopped,

1 clove garlic, crushed,

500 g of beef, cut into strips,

225 g canned tomatoes

1 tbsp tomato puree,

2 tsp cornstarch

coriander twigs for decoration,

salt and pepper

Salsa
peeled and finely chopped tomatoes,

2 feathers of green onions, finely chopped,

1 small fresh green chili, peeled and finely chopped,

2 tbsp lime juice,

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped,

8 tortilla cakes

Put rice in a bowl. Pour hot water and sprinkle with salt. Cover and cook in the microwave at full power for 15 minutes. Leave on for 5 minutes before draining.

Put butter, onions and carrots in a bowl. Cover and cook at full power for 2 minutes. Cut peppers, add to a bowl with chili, garlic and meat. Cook at full power for 4 minutes, stirring 1 time. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and season. Starch starch with water, then add to bowl. Cover and cook at medium power for 10 minutes.

To make salsa, mix tomatoes, chives, chili, lime juice and coriander. Season and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat the tortillas at full power for 40 seconds. Serve beef with fresh coriander and tortillas, rice and salsa.
