Black Bean Soup with Tortilla Chips and Sausages



300 g of black beans (or 2 cans of canned red),

500 ml of beef broth,

4 hunting sausages,

1-2 bulbs,

1 tsp garlic seasoning

1 tsp onion seasoning

1 tortilla

1 bunch of green cilantro,

4 tbsp. l Hot Taco Sauce

4 tbsp. l sour cream

cooking oil for frying,

salt pepper

Soak the beans for several hours and boil until tender. Part of the broth to save. In the case of using canned beans, save some of the liquid from the cans. Finely chop the onion and fry. In the broth put beans, onions, add onion and garlic seasonings, pour in the remaining broth, salt and pepper. Cook everything until the beans partially break apart. Using a blender, turn half of the soup into mashed potatoes and mix with the rest of the soup. Cut the tortilla into strips and deep-fry. Cut and fry sausages. When serving, put sausages at the bottom of the plate, pour soup, add 1 tbsp to each plate. l sauce and sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped green cilantro and strips of tortilla.
