Red bean paste with cornel

80 g of red beans

20 g dried dogwood,

10 g raisins

15 g almonds

2 g of salt.

Scald almonds with boiling water, peel and cut into slices. Wash raisins and dried dogwood, soak for 15-20 minutes; separate the cornel from the seeds, rub through a sieve. Transfer the boiled mashed red beans to a pan, add cornel, almonds, raisins, salt, pour hot bean broth (50 g) and put on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
