Bun Fruit Pudding


4 eggs,
300 ml of milk
150 ml cream
1 lemon, grated zest and juice,
6 tbsp honey
250 g chopped rolls,
75 g dried cherries,
75 g prunes, finely chopped,
50 g slices of orange pulp,
1/2 grated nutmeg.

Easy to cook traditional English dessert.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil the mold. Beat eggs, combine with milk and cream. Mix lemon zest, juice and honey. Take enough slices of bread to cover the whole shape. Wet each piece in a honey mixture.

Mix the remaining honey mixture with eggs. Lay the bun and dried fruits in layers, pour on top a mixture of eggs, spray nutmeg, leave for 10 minutes, bake for 35-40 minutes.
