Cabbage mkhali
Mkhali is also prepared from beets, spinach, sweet peppers, green and onions. Vegetables are either boiled, or baked, or scalded (young cabbage, green onions), then chopped and mixed with dressing.
200 g of white cabbage,
90 g of walnuts,
15 g of wine vinegar,
1 clove of garlic,
3 g suneli hops,
1 bunch of greenery
Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the contaminated leaves from the cabbage, cut the stalk. Cut the head into 2 parts and boil in a small amount of water. Throw ready cabbage into a colander, let it cool, squeeze and chop finely. Chopped peeled walnuts with garlic, mix with finely chopped spicy herbs, add suneli hops, pepper, salt, wine vinegar and mix. Prepared cabbage pour dressing.
