Cheesecakes in Kiev
550 g cottage cheese
80 g flour
1 egg
60 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
vanillin - to taste
60 g raisins
40 g jam
60 g margarine
white crackers
powdered sugar
Rub the cottage cheese, add flour, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well and cut into 8 circles 5–7 mm thick.
For the filling, boil the raisins with boiling water, steam, dry and mix with jam.
Spread the filling on the cottage cheese circles, connect the edges and give the cheesecakes an oval shape, breaded in crushed white breadcrumbs.
Fry the syrniki until golden brown and warm in the oven. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
