Chicken Satsivi



1 chicken or small turkey
1 carrot
200 g onion
200 g walnuts
100 g butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp flour
2 pcs. carnations
5 g suneli hops
2 tbsp. l wine vinegar
Dill, cilantro, parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken or turkey. When cooking, put carrots, celery or parsley (you can dry), a few peas of black pepper. Separate the meat from the bones, cut into pieces and set aside.

Satsivi Sauce
Spassion the onion in butter and fat, removed from chicken and broth, add crushed garlic and stew a little more. Add flour, dilute with broth, boil and set aside.

Pass walnuts through a meat grinder or finely crush, mix with dried and fresh herbs, add boiled wine vinegar. Put this mixture into the sauce and heat, not boiling. Ready sauce should be thick sour cream.

Pour the prepared chicken slices with sauce, cool and let soak. Serve cold.
