Chili con carne (chili with meat)

500 g of beef,
500 g pork
50 g of pork fat
250 ml of meat broth, 1 clove of garlic,
1 onion,
500 g tomato
2 pcs green pepper
20 g of starch (corn or potato),
300 g of red beans
Caraway,
Red pepper,
Salt.

Soak beans in water overnight or canned beans can be used. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in fat until a brown crust forms. Then add beans to it, pour the mixture with meat broth and simmer over low heat. Peel onions and tomatoes, cut into large pieces and simmer with fat together with chopped pepper. Pour starch diluted in cold water through a sieve. Combine meat and vegetables with starch, mix well, add spices and boil over low heat.

Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and cilantro.
