Cod carpaccio

Cod carpaccio



1 head of salad
2 sweet peppers
350 cod fillet
Juice 1 Lemon
1 bunch of dill
4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
Salt pepper

Crush the salad into small pieces. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Wash and dry the cod fillet with a napkin. Take a very sharp knife and cut the fish into thin, translucent slices, arrange them on plates and pour them with lemon juice. Put salad and pepper on plates. Wash the dill, dry and chop finely and mix with the remaining oil. Salt, pepper and pour carpaccio.
