500 g cod
3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
3-4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 can of crabs
1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
1 tbsp. flour spoon
Greenery
Grated cheese
Salt pepper

In a pudding mold, heat the vegetable oil, put the sliced ​​fish in it (add salt to the slices). Sliced ​​fish into halves of tomatoes, onion slices and very thinly sliced ​​carrots. You can add crabs if desired. Stew fish prepared in this way in the oven for 20 minutes. Prepare light gravy from butter and flour, add a little fish stock or water, greens and pepper, and salt it.

Pour the resulting sauce onto the fish, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. in the oven.

Serve with fresh salad and white bread.
