Fried noodles with pork and mushrooms

Fried noodles with pork and mushrooms

200 g noodles
125 g lean pork
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp water,
6-8 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp. finely chopped boiled mushrooms,
15 leaves of spinach
1 medium-sized pickled cucumber.
Sauce:
1 tbsp soup greens
3 tsp dessert wine
1 part teaspoon salt
sugar on the tip of a knife.

Boil the noodles for 5 minutes (it should not be boiled), toss on a sieve and pour over warm water. Cut the meat into narrow strips. Dilute starch and add to it the other components of the sauce. Heat half of this amount of oil in a frying pan (it will start to produce aroma). Put the well-dried noodles into a large bowl and loosen, then pour the heated oil on it. Put the noodles in a pan and put on bake for 3 minutes, shake from time to time. Then remove from heat. Heat the remaining part of the oil, add meat, mushrooms, spinach and chopped pickles into thin slices. Fry quickly, stirring frequently, add sauce. Stew until the meat changes color, put it on noodles and serve with vegetables.
