Fried rice

Fried rice



2 cups cold boiled rice
3 eggs,
a few slices of bacon or ham,
3 tbsp soy sauce
a pinch of pepper.

Cut a few slices of bacon or ham into small pieces and fry them until brown. Remove them from the pan in this fat, fry for 5 minutes, 2 cups of clean cold boiled rice. Add 3 eggs (well beaten) to the rice, again put the fried bacon into it, mix well and fry until constantly stirring until the eggs are ready. Season rice with soy sauce and a pinch of pepper.

Instead of ham or bacon, you can take chicken, pork, beef, etc., cutting them into slices, only instead of pork fat, add a little vegetable oil. Thus, you can prepare a delicious dish from any meat you have left, only it should be cut into small pieces.
