Honey Cheese Triangles
1 cup cream cheese
6 tsp thick honey
1 egg yolk
50 g butter,
6 sheets of puff pastry,
icing sugar for sprinkling.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Oil a baking sheet. Beat cream cheese with honey and egg yolk in a wide bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Lubricate the dough layer with melted butter, cover with another dough layer and grease again. Cover with a third layer of dough. Cut the puff pastry across into 2 halves, and each half into 4 strips. Perform the same operation with the remaining 3 layers of dough. Put 1 tbsp. l the cheese mixture to the center of each strip. Wrap the strip with the filling at a right angle, so that in the end it turns out a triangle. Put the triangles on a baking sheet and cover with melted butter. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the triangles become crispy. Sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.
