Hwe (heh) from fish

Small bone fish, such as pike perch, trout, common carp, pink salmon, are well suited for this dish. You can take the finished filet.

300 g fish fillet,
4 medium onions,
5 cloves of garlic,
1 teaspoon ground coriander,
1 tbsp. a spoon of salt
1 tbsp. a spoon of red pepper fried in oil,
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar essence
parsley,
dill,
soy sauce,
1 tbsp. a spoonful of sodium glutamate.

Clean the fish, gut it. Separate the fillet, cut into cubes. Pour fillet with vinegar essence, put in an enamel or glass dish, tightly lid, and marinate for 2 hours. Peel and chop larger onions in circles or checkers. Peel and crush the garlic or chop finely. Fill the fish with a mixture of onions, garlic, coriander, black and red pepper (to taste), sugar and herbs.
