Karelian meat in a pot




300 g of beef
300 g pork
300 g lamb
2-3 onions
Salt
Spice

Cut meat into cubes (4x4 cm). Small bones can not be removed. Place the meat and coarsely chopped onions in a pot, season each layer with salt and spices. Pour the meat with water so that it is completely covered.

Bake without a lid in the oven at 175 g C 2 and a half - three hours. Cover towards the end of cooking.

Serve with mashed potatoes and boiled turnips.
