Greek Meatballs

500 g of mutton
1 onion,
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs,
Frying olive oil,
Mint leaves, salt, pepper, basil - to taste.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder, combine with the onion passed through the meat grinder, chopped mint and basil leaves. Season the minced meat to taste with salt and pepper and mold small balls from it (2.5-3 cm in diameter), roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot olive oil. Ready-made keftedes immediately serve.
