Kiev pie with cherries

2 cups of flour
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp soda
600 g cherries
1 tbsp butter

Grind sour cream with sugar, add soda, a little flour. Knead the dough, roll it to the size of the pan, pre-grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Raise the edges of the dough and wrap, as for a cheesecake. Peel the cherries, put on the dough evenly so that there are no voids, sprinkle with sugar, put a grid of thin dough flagella and put in the oven. When the cake is half baked, pour the cake with sour cream, sprinkle with sugar and put to bake.
