Meat and vegetable cutlets


200 g minced pork
3 eggs,
20 g carrots
Mushrooms - 2 pcs.,
3 feathers of green onions,
1 onion,
1 ginger slice
2 teaspoons crushed garlic,
1 teaspoon sesame seeds,
Salt, ground black pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce with vinegar - to taste.
 
Finely chop the carrots, mushrooms and green onions; Onions and ginger grate on a fine grater. Mix everything with minced meat, break eggs into it, put crushed garlic, black pepper, sesame and sesame oil. Stir everything. From the resulting mass, fry the patties in vegetable oil (over medium heat). Fry well on both sides.

Serve with soy sauce in a separate cup. (Add a little to soy sauce: vinegar, sesame oil, ground red pepper and fried sesame to taste).
