Portuguese donuts



3 cups flour
1 sachet of dried yeast
3 tbsp. l Sahara
1/2 tsp salt
1 pack of butter
9 eggs
vegetable oil

Dilute the yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Beat eggs, mix with sugar and yeast, then add flour and knead the dough. Dissolve the oil, cool slightly and mix with the dough. Place the dough in a warm place, it should double in volume. Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil, pour milk into a bowl. Wetting hands with milk, tear off pieces the size of a ping-pong ball from the dough and fry them in oil.

Sprinkle sugar on the donuts before serving.
