Portuguese Green Beans



750 g of green beans
1 tsp salt
2 onions
4 large tomatoes
3 tbsp. l olive oil
twice on the tip of a white pepper knife
1 tbsp. l flour
1 tbsp. l grape vinegar
2 tbsp. l chopped parsley

Bean pods cut into pieces, onion cut into rings, tomatoes, removing the skin, cut. Fry all this in olive oil, add hot water, salt, pepper and simmer under the lid for 30 minutes. Dilute flour with a small amount of water and season vegetables. Season with vinegar and sprinkle with parsley.
