Portuguese pork


1 kg of pork
1 cup white wine
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon of clove powder
2 onions
4 tomatoes
4 Ranet apples
1 parsnip root
marjoram
Bay leaf
cinnamon
salt

Chop a piece of pork from the ham in many places with a fork and pour a glass of white wine, adding one teaspoon of ground black pepper, clove powder, marjoram, bay leaf, cinnamon, leave for an hour. In a baking sheet, put finely chopped onions, peeled tomatoes, apples and parsnip root. Put meat on them and pour a glass of olive oil. Oven in moderate heat for about 2.5 hours, turning over from time to time.
