Potato tsimes



1 kg of potatoes
100 g raisins
60 g prunes
1 tbsp. l sugar flour
2 tbsp. l butter
cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Cut potatoes into small slices. Rinse the prunes well and remove the seeds from it. Rinse raisins in several waters. Pour potatoes in an enameled pan with a small amount of warm water, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and simmer over low heat under a lid. 10-15 minutes before the end of the stew put prunes, raisins and flour into the pan, pre-dried in a frying pan over low heat and diluted with Art. a spoonful of hot water.

After 5 minutes, add sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon to the same place and mix everything carefully. Hold the pan removed from the heat under the lid for 10-15 minutes and serve.

Similarly, you can make carbohydrate tsimes by replacing the potatoes with diced carrots, and sugar with honey.
