Salamis (fish fillet)



500g fish fillet,
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion,
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp white wine
2 pcs. sweet pepper
2 cucumbers
2 tomatoes.

Sprinkle the fish fillet without seeds and skin with lemon juice, slightly salt. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a pan, heat and fry finely chopped onions, chopped garlic in it, then put the prepared fillet, pour wine, sprinkle with herbs and simmer for about 15 minutes under the lid. Cut sweet pepper into thin rings and fry for about 10 minutes in the remaining oil, then add peeled and sliced ​​cucumber to the pepper, and after 5 minutes - halves of tomatoes. Season vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.

Put the cooked stewed vegetables on the fish and simmer for about 5 minutes under the lid over low heat. Serve hot with white bread or potatoes.
