These Mexican sauces are the best seasoning for meat and vegetable dishes.

Guacamole
the most famous mexican sauce

2 ripe avocados,

15 g chopped coriander,

1 small red onion,

1 green chili

200 gr tomatoes.

To make this sauce, you need to mash the pulp of avocado with coriander, add finely chopped onion, chili and chopped tomatoes. Season to taste.

Corn salsa
Combine 200 g (1 can) of canned corn, 3 chopped feathers of green onions, 1/2 peeled and chopped red hot chili peppers, a bunch of chopped coriander, 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar.

Orange salsa
Combine 1 peeled, finely chopped orange, 1 large onion, 2 tbsp chopped black olives, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp wine vinegar. Season to taste.

Tomato Salsa
Combine 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1/2 lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil. To season. Leave for 1 hour.
