Shrimp muket



1 kg of shrimp
1 onion
2 green peppers
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt
pepper, cilantro, parsley, allspice
1 tablespoon palm oil
1 tea cup of coconut milk

Cooking is recommended in a clay pot. Put peeled raw shrimp in a pot, chopped onions and green peppers into thin rings, pour lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and drown allspice in the middle.

Leave the pot for half an hour. After half an hour, pour the ingredients with palm oil and put on medium-low heat. Then simmer under a tightly closed lid for 10 to 15 minutes to make the pepper soft. Then pour coconut milk, bring to a boil, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
