Shrimps with garlic and tomato sauce
16 large shrimp
2 cloves of garlic
1 hot pepper
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 can of peeled canned tomatoes
4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
Thyme
Salt
Wash the shrimp and remove the shell. Chop the garlic into thin slices. Hot peppers cut into rings. Wash greens, dry and separate leaves from stems. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry all prepared foods in it over medium heat. Remove the shrimp and put it in a warm place. Throw the tomatoes on a sieve, knead and put in a pan. Stew for 10 minutes, salt. Arrange shrimps with garlic and tomato sauce on plates.
