Spinach and cheese pie (spanakotiropita)

1 kg spinach
300 g feta cheese,
500 g of finished dough,
3 feathers of green onions,
1 cup milk
1 bunch of dill
2 beaten eggs
1.5 cups of olive oil,
Salt, pepper, nutmeg - to taste

Rinse the spinach well, peel it, remove the roots and hard parts of the leaves. Cut, salt, squeeze out all the water and dry well. Peel and finely chop green onion, dill. Then add spinach, milk, eggs, pepper, nutmeg, half a glass of olive oil and mix it all. Grease a baking sheet with oil and put several layers of rolled dough on it, having previously greased them with oil. Put the filling on the dough, evenly distributing it on the entire surface, cover it with the remaining layers of dough. Stove over medium heat for approximately 1 hour.
