Squid fritters
1 carcass squid,
100 g of beef,
potatoes 2 pcs.,
1/3 carrots
onions 1/2 heads,
leek 1 pc.,
flour 2 / 3st.,
1 egg
salt.
Peel the squid, pour over boiling water. Then finely chop. Beef, carrots, onions, leek finely chop. In order for the leek to cut better and not slip, first cut in half lengthwise, then attach the inside to the cutting board and cut. Peel the potatoes, then dip in cold water until starch comes out (30-60 minutes). Grate and combine with cooked mass. Put flour, egg and make a thick dough as a pancake. To salt.
Heat the pan. Pour some vegetable oil. Fry fritters on both sides.
