Stuffed pepper



8 pods of sweet pepper
1 can of sardines in oil
2 cups boiled rice
1 egg
Parsley
Salt pepper
Vegetable oil

Rinse and clean the seed pods. Divide the sardines, each fish in half with two forks, mix with boiled, crumbly rice, jar butter and chopped egg. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley and fill the pods with the resulting mass. Heat vegetable oil and stew stuffed pepper pods over low heat for 15 minutes. You can add some water. Serve hot with white bread.
