Sweet and Sour Beef
300 g of beef,
2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
3 tbsp. tablespoons of melted lard,
3 onions,
2 carrots
parsley root
2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of vinegar
2 tbsp. spoons of rye crackers,
salt, spices and herbs to taste.
Prepare the meat, rinse and cut into pieces, then lightly beat, salt, pepper and roll in flour, fry in a pan. Put in a pan in one row. Rinse vegetables, cut into slices and fry. Then pour in a saucepan over meat, add tomato and hot water or broth so that the meat is completely covered, simmer for about 1 hour, add bay leaf, peppercorns, sugar, vinegar, sprinkle with ground nuts and bring to a low heat until cooked. Put the finished meat on a dish, serve as a side dish boiled pasta, beans in butter, any kind of potato. Pour all the sauce in which the meat was stewed, then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
