Sweet and sour meat
1 kg of beef
2 onions
2 tbsp. l fat
small honey gingerbread
2 tbsp. l honey
0.5 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. l Sahara
0.25 tsp citric acid
2 tbsp. l white bread crackers
2 bay leaves
2 tsp salt
Cut the meat into pieces, salt and fry until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a saucepan, add pepper, bay leaf, finely chopped onions, pour two fingers above the meat level and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the meat, strain the sauce and put the meat into it again, add crackers, grated honey gingerbread, citric acid, honey and raisins. Simmer until tender.
