Yogurt soup
0.5 l of meat or bone broth
1 tbsp. spoon of lentils and rice (you can take only rice)
3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
2 cups yogurt
1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
1 yolk
1 tbsp. spoon finely chopped mint leaves
pepper, salt.
Boil the lentils and rice in a broth (both separately), mix, season with salt and pepper. Beat sour cream, yolk and yogurt, carefully pour into hot broth, mixing it with lentils and rice. Mix everything well. Shortly before the end of cooking, remove the soup from the heat so that it does not curl. Before serving, add finely chopped mint leaves and butter.
