Baked bananas
6 ripe bananas
Juice of one orange
6 tbsp. l Sahara
40 g butter
Rum (optional)
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet. Cut the bananas lengthwise and lay them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with orange juice, sprinkle with sugar and put slices of butter on top. Put in the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes, until the bananas are glazed and slightly browned. Sprinkle with rum and serve warm or at room temperature.
