Custard cake


9 cups flour
1/2 yeast sticks
10 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup ghee,
1.5 cups of milk
salt to taste.

One and a half cups of flour brew with hot milk, stir. When it cools, add 1/2 sticks of yeast and let rise. Then grind 10 yolks with white sugar, knock down the proteins in the foam, put the yolks and proteins in the dough, let the dough rise again. Pour the dissolved melted butter, add the rest of the flour, knock out the dough as best as possible, put it in a mold smeared with oil from the inside, let the dough rise and bake.
