Easter boiled

1.2 kg of cottage cheese,
3 cups cream
100 g butter,
5 eggs
100 g of raisins
sugar to taste.


Stir everything, put it in a pan (preferably with a thick bottom), put on the stove, bring to a hot state, stirring continuously. After removing the pan from the heat, continue to stir until it cools down, then put it in a wooden form, put it on top and bend it for a day in a cool place.
