Easter pink


1 kg of cottage cheese,
1 cup raspberry jam
3-5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
3 eggs,
150 g butter,
2-3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.
 

Rub dry cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with good raspberry jam without syrup, add sugar to taste, you can wipe through a sieve again, put raw eggs, softened butter and thick sour cream. Fold the prepared mass into a mold (in the pasochnets), covered with a thin cloth, put oppression on top and put in a refrigerator. After a day, remove the Easter from the mold and serve.
